Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their work for presentation at the International Conference and Forum on Industry 5.0, Resilience, and Sustainability (ICIRS 2025). All submissions will undergo an initial screening by the conference editorial team to assess relevance to the conference themes and adherence to submission guidelines. Submissions that meet the criteria will be forwarded for peer review before a final decision is made.

Before submitting, authors are responsible for securing all necessary permissions for any included content such as images, charts, datasets, or third-party material. All listed authors must consent to their inclusion on the submission and take responsibility for the work. Where applicable, research must have received ethics approval from an appropriate committee in accordance with the legal standards of the country in which the research was conducted.

Submissions may be desk rejected if they do not meet minimum quality standards. To maximize the chances of acceptance, ensure that the research is clearly structured, the argument is coherent, and the findings are well-articulated. The title should be concise and informative, and the abstract should clearly summarize the key contributions of the work.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  • The submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration elsewhere.

  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.

  • All tables and figures are properly numbered, titled, and referenced within the text.

  • Permission has been obtained for all third-party material (e.g., photos, datasets, documents) included with the submission.

Authors retain full copyright of all submissions to The UJSB Annual Academic Research Conference.

By submitting a paper, the author(s) grant the conference organizing committee a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to display, archive, and distribute the submission as part of the official conference proceedings. This includes making the submission publicly and permanently available on the official conference website.

Authors remain free to publish their work elsewhere without restriction. No exclusive rights are transferred.

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered on this conference site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the conference—such as communication regarding submissions, registration, and updates. They will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
